In last month’s call, we discussed the proposal to initiate the development of Centrifuge V3 (CP141) and it was mentioned that if passed, there would be a follow-up proposal for the token migration. The proposal passed and now it is time for the next phase of the process. The CFG governance token plays an important role in our protocol. Therefore, it is important to make sure that the token migration is properly designed. That is what is being proposed in CP149: Migration of Centrifuge Governance Token (CFG) to EVM. There already has been a lot of discussion in the RFC post and it will be on the agenda in this month’s governance call so the community can ask questions and comment on the proposal.
